Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on the shopping cart and payment page before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees—what you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.
Order Delivery Commitment
We are committed to delivering your order promptly, in excellent condition, and within the timeframe promised on our website or communicated by our customer care team. As a standard, we dispatch orders in less than 24 hours (except on Sundays and public holidays).
Key Shipping Guidelines
1. Single Destination Delivery
Each order can be shipped to only one delivery address provided at the time of checkout. If you want products delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
2. Shipping Timeframe
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. During periods of high demand, sales, or new launches, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.
3. Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or national/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Courier Services
To ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery, we ship exclusively through reputed courier partners. Customers will be provided with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched, so you can monitor the delivery progress online.
5. Regional Delivery Timelines
In South India Deliveries are typically completed within 2–4 working days after dispatch. North India & Nort East India orders deliveries usually take 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Please note: delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the courier service, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances (like strikes, floods, etc.).
6. Order Fulfillment
We make every effort to ship all items in a single order together. However, in cases where some products are temporarily unavailable or require special handling, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the package appears tampered with, broken, or damaged at the time of delivery, we request you to refuse the delivery. Please notify us immediately at care@coralperfumes.in with your order reference number. We will prioritize arranging a replacement or refund as per our policies.
8. Invoice & Order Details
Each shipment includes a detailed invoice with order and payment details. If you require a duplicate invoice or a digital copy, please contact us at care@coralperfumes.in with your order reference number.
