Return Policy
At Coral Perfumes, we strive to offer you the best shopping experience. Since perfumes and personal care products are delicate and cannot be reused or resold once opened, we follow a strict no-return policy after successful delivery. Products once delivered cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.
In case you receive a damaged, broken, leaked, or missing product, please contact our customer care team within 24–48 hours of delivery. For extreme cases of damaged deliveries due to transit issues, a refund or exchange may be initiated after a thorough verification in line with our refund policy.
Our perfumes contain active natural extracts and ingredients. Damages caused by improper usage, neglect, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy. Reactions or sensitivities to specific ingredients are also not covered. We strongly advise performing a patch test before full use, as mentioned on the product label.
Refund Policy
Coral Perfumes is not responsible for damages once the product has been delivered in good condition. An unboxing video with the original packaging intact is mandatory for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect product delivery.
To claim a refund, kindly contact our customer care team at care@coralperfumes.in with the necessary images or videos and use the subject line: “Refund For [Order ID]”. If a package is tampered with or visibly damaged, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner and report the issue to us immediately.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, you must report it to our customer care team within three days. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. Refunds do not include delivery charges, as these are non-refundable by courier partners.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated to your bank account within 4–7 working days once approved. Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with complete details. If approved, your refund may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account. Coral Perfumes will share all relevant transaction details and confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse. For prepaid orders, a 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted during cancellation. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation confirmation.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. For prepaid orders that are returned to us after shipping, a flat deduction of ₹75 will be applied.
